MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: MGP Ingredients, Inc. (MGPI) Name and Trading Symbol Change
MGP Ingredients, Inc. (MGPI) will change its name and trading symbol to Sempreon, Inc. (CASK) effective for Monday, November 2, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MGPI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 30, 2026.
NOTE: CASK options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Options Exchange and Cloud 2 on the MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges.
