MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Madison Square Garden Sports Corporation (MSGS)
Madison Square Garden Sports Corporation (MSGS) has announced a distribution and a name and symbol change effective for Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Madison Square Garden Sports Corporation (MSGS) will change its name and trading symbol to MSG Knickerbockers Corporation (MSGK).
The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list the adjusted MSGK1 options.
MSG Knickerbockers Corporation (MSGK) will begin trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MSGS will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 26, 2026.
NOTE: MSGK options will trade on Cloud 8 on MIAX Options, on Cloud 5 on MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options, and Cloud 4 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
