MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (KNDI)
Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (KNDI) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, October 16, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list KNDI1 options. Therefore, no options on KNDI will be available for trading on Friday, October 16, 2026.
Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (KNDI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Monday, October 19, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in KNDI will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
