MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Toro Corporation (TORO)
Toro Corporation (TORO) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, October 9, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list TORO2 options. Therefore, no options on TORO will be available for trading on Friday, October 9, 2026.
Toro Corporation (TORO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Monday, October 12, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TORO will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
