MIAX Option Exchanges - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings for Symbol TCBI Effective Thursday, October 8, 2026

Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (“TCBI”) will transfer its primary listing from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC to the Texas Stock Exchange (“TXSE”) effective Thursday, October 8, 2026. The exchanges shall use TXSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
