MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Name and Trading symbol change to Skydance Corporation (SKYD)
Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (WBD) merger with Paramount Skydance Corporation (PSKY) and name and trading symbol change to Skydance Corporation (SKYD) effective Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WBD and PSKY will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 5, 2026.
NOTE: SKYD options will trade on Cloud 5 on MIAX Options, on Cloud 4 on MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options, and Cloud 3 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
