MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol PSKY (SKYD) Effective Tuesday, October 6, 2026

Paramount Skydance Corporation  (“PSKY”) will change its name and symbol to Skydance Corporation (“SKYD”) and transfer primary listing from NASDAQ to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Tuesday, October 6, 2026.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
