MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Modine Manufacturing Company (MOD)
Modine Manufacturing Company (MOD) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, October 2, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list MOD1 options. Therefore, no options on MOD will be available for trading on Friday, October 2, 2026.
Modine Manufacturing Company (MOD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Monday, October 5, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MOD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
