U.S. Options

Effective October 1, 2026, MIAX Options Exchange will amend the Priority Customer Rebate Program ("PCRP"), pending filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission:

1. Addition of Priority Customer cPRIME Agency volume to the PRCP alternative complex rebates methodology
   1. The per contract credits for Priority Customer Complex Orders if the EEM’s total monthly Priority Customer non-paired complex options and cPRIME Agency volume is greater than or equal to 50% of Member’s total monthly PCRP option volume remains unchanged
   2. The per contract credits for Priority Customer Complex Orders if the EEM’s total monthly Priority Customer non-paired complex options and cPRIME Agency volume is less than 50% of the Member’s total monthly PCRP option volume remains unchanged
