The MIAX Exchange Group Member Firm Portal is undergoing a technical upgrade for enhanced user access and security.

All users will be prompted to reset their password upon their first portal visit following the update. Please note, the User Login/Landing page will have a completely new user interface with an updated, modern look.

1. Important Dates:
   1. Firm Test Bed (FTB): Monday, October 5, 2026
   2. Production: Monday, October 26, 2026
2. Please note: Firms must make a request to update any user Firm Permissions

The Member Firm Portal is an internet-facing portal which provides self-service functions to member firms. It is available at all times except during announced maintenance windows. Individuals requesting Member Firm Portal access must be authorized to act on behalf of their organization.
