MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: ProCap Financial, Inc. (BRR) Trading Symbol Change
ProCap Financial, Inc. (BRR) will change its name and trading symbol to Silvia, Inc. (SVIA) effective Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BRR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, September 21, 2026.
NOTE: SVIA options will trade on Cloud 12 on MIAX Options, on Cloud 8 on MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options, and Cloud 5 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
