Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) has announced a distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, September 21, 2026. MAIN options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MAIN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 18, 2026.
