MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ocean Power Technologies Inc. (OPTT)
Ocean Power Technologies Inc. (OPTT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, September 14, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list OPTT1 options. Therefore, no options on OPTT will be available for trading on Monday, September 14, 2026.
Ocean Power Technologies Inc. (OPTT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OPTT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 11, 2026.
