MIAX Exchange Group - Notification of 45-day retention period for all report types delivered via SFTP delivery service on October 5, 2026

Effective Monday, October 5, 2026, MIAX will implement a 45-day retention period for all report types delivered via SFTP for MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, MIAX Sapphire Options, MIAX Pearl Equities and MIAX Futures Exchanges. All Reports older than 45 days will be automatically removed from the SFTP server.

  1. Currently, reports remain on the SFTP server for one year. This change allows us to maintain a more secure, and efficient file delivery environment.
  2. Any reports which have been on the server for more than 45 days as of October 5, 2026 will be removed as part of this transition. Backfilled data requests will remain for 45 days after the request is fulfilled.
  3. Please ensure you download and retain any reports for your records within 45 days of delivery.
  4. This policy applies for all report types.
  5. MIAX recommends reviewing your current file retrieval processes and setting up automated downloads to ensure you retrieve all reports before the 45-day deadline.
