MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. (HLX) Trading Symbol Change
Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. (HLX) will change its name and trading symbol to Hornbeck Offshore Services, Inc. (HOS) effective Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HLX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
NOTE: HOS options will trade on Cloud 5 on MIAX Options, on Cloud 4 on MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options, and Cloud 3 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
