MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Vistance Networks, Inc. (VISN) (VISN1)
Vistance Networks, Inc. (VISN) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Friday, August 28, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list VISN2 options. Therefore, no options on VISN will be available for trading on Friday, August 26, 2026.
Vistance Networks, Inc. (VISN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Monday, August 31, 2026.
The previously adjusted Vistance Networks, Inc. (VISN1) will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges with an adjusted deliverable. Vistance Networks, Inc. (VISN1) is not available for trading on the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VISN and VISN1 will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 27, 2026.
