MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc. (KLXE)
KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc. (KLXE) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list KLXE1 options. Therefore, no options on KLXE will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
KLXE will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in KLXE will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 24, 2026.
