IES Holdings, Inc. (IESC) has announced a Stock Split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, August 24, 2026. IESC options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IESC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 21, 2026.
