MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol BBBY (NXH) Effective Monday, August 17, 2026

Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (“BBBY”) will change its name and symbol to Neighborhood Intelligence, Inc. (“NXH”) and transfer primary listing from NYSE to the Nasdaq Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) effective Monday, August 17, 2026.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
