MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Resideo Technologies, Inc. (REZI)
Resideo Technologies, Inc. (REZI) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list REZI1 options. Therefore, no options on REZI will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
Resideo Technologies, Inc. (REZI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in REZI will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 3, 2026.
