MIAX Options Exchanges - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings for Symbol TRIN Effective Monday, July 27, 2026

Trinity Capital Inc. (“TRIN”) transferred primary listing from the NADSAQ Stock Market to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective today Monday, July 27, 2026. The exchanges shall use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
