MIAX Futures Exchange - Commodity - Onyx Trading Platform - Trade at Settlement "TAS" for Minneapolis Hard Red Spring Wheat Futures - Launching in Q4 2026

The MIAX Futures Exchange will launch Trade at Settlement (TAS) for Minneapolis Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW) Futures in the CH4 Data Center in Q4 2026, subject to the submission of certain filings with the CFTC.
 

  1. Feature Details
    1. TAS will be supported for both HRSW Outright Instruments and Calendar Spread Instruments (Product Group Code: ‘MWE’).
    2. The Product Group Code for Minneapolis Hard Red Spring Wheat TAS Futures will be 'MWET'.
    3. All trade prices in TAS Instruments will be re-stated with the final trade price via FOI, FEI and FXD interfaces after the Settlement Price process is complete.
      1. This is an optional notification for these applications; please reach out to the MIAX Trading Operations team to set up these entitlements.

  2. Important Dates
    1. TAS is now available for testing in the Firm Test Bed (FTB2).
    2. Market data dissemination for the new TAS Instruments will begin prior to the first Trade Date to prepare participants for their launch.
      1. Instrument Definitions on the Depth of Market (DoM) and Top of Market (ToM) Feeds will begin being sent with an 'Instrument Listing Status' of 'Inactive' prior to the first Trade Date.
      2. This date will be announced in a future alert, along with launch dates.
      3. Instrument Definitions for these TAS Instruments will be disseminated with an Instrument Type of ‘T’ (Trade at Settlement).
    3. As a reminder, there is a mandatory upgrade to the Depth of Market (DoM) and Top of Market (ToM) Feed to be completed by September 27, 2026.
