MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: The Middleby Corporation (MIDD) and Service Properties Trust (SVC)
The Middleby Corporation (MIDD) has announced a distribution and Service Properties Trust (SVC) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, July 7, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list MIDD1 and SVC1 options. Therefore, no options on MIDD and SVC will be available for trading on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
The Middleby Corporation (MIDD) and Service Properties Trust (SVC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MIDD and SVC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 6, 2026.
