MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (EOSE)
Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (EOSE) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, July 6, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list EOSE1 options. Therefore, no options on EOSE will be available for trading on Monday, July 6, 2026.
Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (EOSE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EOSE will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
