CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (CRWD) has announced a stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, July 2, 2026. CRWD options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CRWD will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
