MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Marqeta, Inc. (MQ) and S&P Global Inc. (SPGI)
Marqeta, Inc. (MQ) has announced a reverse stock split and S&P Global Inc. (SPGI) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list MQ1 and SPGI1 options. Therefore, no options on MQ and SPGI will be available for trading on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Marqeta, Inc. (MQ) and S&P Global Inc. (SPGI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MQ and SPGI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
