MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol LC (HAPN) Effective Monday, June 22, 2026

LendingClub Corporation (“LC”) changed its name and symbol to Happen, Inc. (“HAPN”) and transfered primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) effective Monday, June 22, 2026.  MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
