MIAX Futures has approved the application of MarKit County Grain, LLC to be regular for delivery of Minneapolis Hard Red Spring Wheat, effective August 1, 2026, at the following Facilities:

Argyle            North Dakota/Minnesota Territory       3,520,000
                                                  Total Capacity:       4,651,000 bushels
 
Notification of this approval will be given to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission under Part 40 Regulations.
