MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: LendingClub Corporation (LC) Name and Trading Symbol Change
LendingClub Corporation (LC) will change its name and trading symbol to Happen, Inc. (HAPN) effective Monday, June 22, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
NOTE: HAPN options will trade on Cloud 8 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 4 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and Cloud 3 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
