MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Liberty Latin America Ltd. (LILA) (LILAK)
Liberty Latin America Ltd. Class A (LILA) and Liberty Latin America Ltd. Class C (LILAK) have announced distributions effective for Wednesday, June 17, 2026. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list LILA1 and LILK1 options. Therefore, no options on LILA and LILAK will be available for trading on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
Liberty Latin America Ltd. Class A (LILA) and Liberty Latin America Ltd. Class C (LILAK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LILA and LILAK will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
