MIAX Futures has approved the application of ADM to be regular for delivery of Minneapolis Hard Red Spring Wheat, effective August 1, 2026, at the following Facilities:

Hebron        North Dakota/Minnesota Territory        2,833,000 bushels
Hensler        North Dakota/Minnesota Territory        3,312,000 bushels
                                                Total Capacity:        6,145,000 bushels
 
Notification of this approval will be given to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission under Part 40 Regulations.
