MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Array Digital Infrastructure Inc. (AD)
Array Digital Infrastructure Inc. (AD) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Thursday, June 11, 2026. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list AD1 options. Therefore, no options on AD will be available for trading on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
Array Digital Infrastructure Inc. (AD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday, June 12, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AD will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
