MIAX Pearl Options Exchange - June 1, 2026 Fee Changes

Effective June 1, 2026, the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange will amend the following fees pending filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission:

  1. MIAX Pearl Options – Per Contract Rebates/Fees for Non-Penny Classes
    1. New Maker Rebates
      1. Priority Customer: ($1.06) for Tiers 1-6
      2. Pearl Market Maker: ($0.55) for Tiers 1-2
      3. Non-Priority Customer, Firm, BD, and Non-MIAX Pearl Market Maker: ($0.55) for Tiers 1-2
    2. New Taker Fees
      1. Pearl Market Maker $1.20 for Tiers 1-6
      2. Non-Priority Customer, Firm, BD, and Non-MIAX Pearl Market Maker: $1.20 for Tiers 1-6
