MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: EDAP TMS S.A. (EDAP) Name and Trading Symbol Change
EDAP TMS S.A. (EDAP) will change its name and trading symbol to FocalTherics (FOCL) effective 6/1/2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EDAP will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 29, 2026.
NOTE: FOCL options will trade on Cloud 6 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 3 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and Cloud 2 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
