MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: CarParts.com, Inc. (PRTS)
CarParts.com, Inc. (PRTS) has announced a reverse split effective for Tuesday, May 26, 2026. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list PRTS1 options. Therefore, no options on PRTS will be available for trading on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
CarParts.com, Inc. (PRTS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PRTS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 22, 2026.
