SandRidge Energy Inc. (SD) has announced a One-Time Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. SD options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SD will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
