MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Toro Corporation (TORO)
Toro Corporation (TORO) has announced a dividend effective for Monday, May 4, 2026. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list TORO1 options. Therefore, no options on TORO will be available for trading on Monday, May 4, 2026.
Toro Corporation (TORO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TORO will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 1, 2026.
