Amrize Ltd (AMRZ) and StoneCo Ltd. (STNE) have announced Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, April 24, 2026. AMRZ and STNE options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMRZ and STNE will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 23, 2026.
