MIAX Sapphire Exchange - April 22, 2026 Fee Changes

Effective April 22, 2026, the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange has amended the following fees and rebates:

  1. MIAX Sapphire Floor Transactions
    1. The surcharge for certain Customer Complex Qualified Floor Order (“cQFO”) transactions (“Complex Surcharge”) and Floor Broker Enhanced Complex Rebate are discontinued as of April 22, 2026.  Floor transactions that incurred the Complex Surcharge fee and Floor Broker Enhanced Rebate between April 1, 2026 and April 21, 2026 will remain effective. 
Attached is a highlighted summary of the fee changes.
