MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Select Vanguard ETF Stock Splits

The following Vanguard ETFs have announced stock splits:

  • Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF (MGK)
  • Vanguard Information Technology ETF (VGT)
  • Vanguard Mid-Cap ETF (VO)
  • Vanguard Growth ETF (VUG)
Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. MGK, VGT, VO and VUG options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MGK, VGT, VO and VUG will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 20, 2026.
