MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (NMTC)
NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (NMTC) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, April 16, 2026. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list NMTC1 options. Therefore, no options on NMTC will be available for trading on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
NeuroOne Medical Technologies Corporation (NMTC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday, April 17, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NMTC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
