MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Sapphire Options - Change to the Maximum Differential for the MIAX Pearl Order Monitor and MIAX Sapphire Order Monitor for Certain Symbols Effective Monday, April 13, 2026

MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Sapphire Options will modify the MIAX Pearl Order Monitor and MIAX Sapphire Order Monitor maximum valid bid/ask differentials for the following symbols:

  • BOOKING HOLDINGS INC. (BKNG)
  • CATERPILLAR INC. (CAT)
  • CIENA CORPORATION (CIEN)
  • FORTRESS TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTORS LLC (FTAI)
  • PRAXIS PRECISION MEDICINES, INC. (PRAX)
  • QUANTA SERVICES, INC. (PWR)
  • SITIME CORP. (SITM)
  • STERLING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC. (STRL)
  • SEAGATE TECHNOLOGY PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (STX)
  • TALEN ENERGY CORP (TLN)
  • WINGSTOP INC. (WING)
The changes will be effective on Monday, April 13, 2026, and remain in effect through Tuesday, June 30, 2026, unless withdrawn by the Exchanges before that time.
