MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald Options - Change to Opening and Intra-day Quote Width Requirements for Certain Symbols Effective Monday, April 13, 2026

MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald Options will modify the maximum valid bid/ask differentials for the following symbols:

  • BOOKING HOLDINGS INC. (BKNG)
  • CATERPILLAR INC. (CAT)
  • CIENA CORPORATION (CIEN)
  • FORTRESS TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTORS LLC (FTAI)
  • PRAXIS PRECISION MEDICINES, INC. (PRAX)
  • QUANTA SERVICES, INC. (PWR)
  • SITIME CORP. (SITM)
  • STERLING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC. (STRL)
  • SEAGATE TECHNOLOGY PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (STX)
  • TALEN ENERGY CORP (TLN)
  • WINGSTOP INC. (WING)
The changes to the extended quote width requirements will be effective on Monday, April 13, 2026, and remain in effect through Tuesday, June 30, 2026, unless withdrawn by the Exchanges before that time.
