MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Special Cash Dividends Effective for Friday, April 10, 2026
CBL & Associates Properties Inc. (CBL) and Hello Group Inc. (MOMO) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, April 10, 2026. CBL and MOMO options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CBL and MOMO will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
