MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Stock Splits Effective for Monday, April 6, 2026
Booking Holdings Inc. (BKNG) and Powell Industries, Inc. (POWL) have announced stock splits. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, April 6, 2026. BKNG and POWL options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BKNG and POWL will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
