MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Bitfarms Ltd. (BITF) Name and Trading Symbol Change to Keel Infrastructure Corp. (KEEL)
Bitfarms Ltd. (BITF) will change its name and trading symbol to Keel Infrastructure Corp. (KEEL) effective 4/06/2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BITF will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
NOTE: KEEL options will trade on Cloud 10 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 4 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and Cloud 3 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
