MIAX Sapphire (the “Exchange”) Rule 208 allows, upon request, the Exchange to waive the requirement for a Member to designate a Clearing Member for debiting fees. If waived, the Member must provide, as agreed to by the Exchange, alternative payment instructions for the Exchange to debit certain fees.

Starting April 1, 2026, alternative payment instructions may only be used for certain fee categories determined by the Exchange.
