MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: agilon health, inc. (AGL)
agilon health, inc. (AGL) has announced a Reverse Split effective for Tuesday, March 31, 2026. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list AGL1 options. Therefore, no options on AGL will be available for trading on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
agilon health, inc. (AGL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AGL will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 30, 2026.
