Please be advised that MIAX Futures Exchange has published updated guidance on its Large Trader Reporting and Ownership & Control Reporting requirements, available at https://www.miaxglobal.com/miax_futures_ltr_advisory.pdf. Clearing members receiving this notice should forward its contents to all omnibus account originators.
 
The following entities are subject to the Exchange’s LTR and OCR reporting requirements:
1. MIAX Futures clearing members;
2. OCC clearing members that clear MIAX Futures products;
3. Non-clearing FCMs, including all omnibus accounts, that transact in MIAX Futures products; and
4. Foreign brokers subject to CFTC Part 17 reporting.
