MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: TaskUs, Inc. (TASK)
TaskUs, Inc. (TASK) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Thursday, March 26, 2026. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list TASK1 options. Therefore, no options on TASK will be available for trading on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
TaskUs, Inc. (TASK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday, March 27, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TASK will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
